Blue Screen Of Death When Connect Ipad 2_win 7 32bit

Hi Experts,

I recently formatted my system and install Bitdefender Total Security 2013 on Win 7 sp1 32bit updated & Install iTune 11.02. When i try to connect my iPad 2, instantly blue screen comes and system restart..

Tried driver updation, cleaning with Advanced System Optimizer & ccleaner etc but nothing worked. Earlier i have ESET on Win7 sp1 and everything worked well.

Plz help as i have to sync my iPad for some data exchange.

1) Please generate a support tool log as follows:

- Access the link below and download (save) the file on your PC:

http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...SupportTool.exe

- Right-click on it and select Run as Administrator;

- Click on Next and enter your details;

- Click on Finish when the gathering logs is complete.

An archive (BDSP_*)will be created on your desktop. Please attach it in a reply to this message and we will get back to you as soon as we will finish the analysis.

2) Then, I would also need you to browse to C:\Windows\Minidump

and send me all the latest dump files from this location.

If the size of the required logs is too big, please upload them on a server of your choice such as www.sendspace.com and provide me with the download links.

I'd be grateful if you would send me all these information so I can come with a solution. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter!

Unable to upload BDSP rar file as it said "Upload failed. You are not permitted to upload this type of file" (Plz check screen-shot attached)

i already break them in two files size 1.8 & 0.56 mb. But let me try that server upload..

uninstall the Bitdefender and all problem solved...BD is a pain in ######..its bulky and too complicated and provide overprotection..De-activate lot of services..make the system unstable.

I installed ESET Smart Security...Gr8 software.
