  • Hello reg828,

Go to Firewall/General rules and "Allow" Incoming Remote Desktop Connections.

    Regards

  • It says allow

    Windows 8 firewall is disabled

Router has port forwarded for local IP : 3389 - 3390

Yet canyouseeme.org shows 3389 and 3390 port canot be seen

    OK. One more try...

Control Panel/System/Remote settings (upper left) and "Allow Remote connections..."

    Here it works.

edit : and something more: Go to Firewall/Manage Adapter and set "Stealth Mode" to "Remote"

At wok now, will try from home later but the thing is that my adapters are blank, show nothing

I was confused from day one as to why they are blank, any ideas

Hmmm....very strange but you can try to repair BD from its uninstall shortcut.

If this will not work, kindly follow this : http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?sho...st&p=180482
