Bf Free Error

last week i installed bitdefender free on 3 systems to try bitdefender with the view of purchasing a 3 user licence after using another brand for the last 3 years which recently expired. as of today on my desktop xp sp3 & laptop win7 im getting the bitdefender crash with dmp file here is whats displayed on my desktop xp sp3 a reboot doesent fix this, any info on this would be apreciated ive zipped up the dump to upload but are getting not permitted in .dmp & .zip format so if u would tell me where to send cheers
