Hello everyone, I have recently bought Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 1 year license for 3 computers. I am from Turkey and i bought it at computer shop with a box which includes CD.
I got two laptops.
HP , operating system Win 7, processor i3 , 3 GB RAM.
DELL , operating system Win 8, processor i5 , 4 GB RAM.
On my HP, firstly i downloaded BD IS 2013 on website of BD and installed but BD IS 2013 couldnt read my license. Then i uninstalled and used my CD and it worked fine and i am using it well. Now it sees my license, and i can see my license info at my bitdefender website.
But the problem starts with Windows 8 on DELL.
When i install BD IS 2013 on my DELL with Web or CD, the program wants me to restart as usually. When windows 8 starts, i wait 2-3 minutes for computer to be fast, and double click the BD IS icon and the frame and main window is coming but the modules arent there.(antivirus, antipishing, firewall, update, antispam and safego are missing) The frame comes empty.
At the box of software it says BD IS 2013 is compatible with windows 8. But i couldnt solve the problem. The experts, please help me.
