Problems With Bd And Windows 7

Hi,


I have had issues with my pc since the weekend.


Freezes, lockups etc. , I started looking for a memory leak issue.


After not being able to find the problem, (safe mode ran fine, normal did not)


I decided to format my PC.


I was running Windows 7 32bit, after format I installed 64bit version.


All seemed fine. But once I started installing drivers and finally installing BD. The freezes came back.


Well I have since completely deleted and re partition my hard drive.


Same issue again came back.Well I finally caught the issue.


It is BD, when BD is trying to update it freezes the PC.


I had BD on auto update and auto pilot.Restarted PC via reset button.Then quickly turn auto update and auto pilot off.


And have not had any freezes or lock ups since. But still have the auto turned off on both.


I downloaded the report tool and uploaded the file to a site.

    Hello,


    I see that you don't have Service Pack 1 installed on Windows 7. Please upgrade to SP 1, required for Bitdefender to work properly.


    Then, repair the Bitdefender product and let me know if the issue persists afterwards.
