Hello, dear support.


I have the same problem as described here http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=30807. I am using BitDefender Total Security 2013.


I have created all possible exclusions and edited applications rules.


I would be grateful if you could deliver some solution

    The issue is fixed since build number 16.0.24...


    Also, a product update was recently released. Your build should be 16.28.0.1789 (please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number). In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

    Before going any further with the investigation could you please check first if the Frost Security issue persists even with the latest build version 16.29.0.1830?


    If it does, we will need a support tool log:
