Remote Desktop On Port 3390 Via Internet

Hi,


I have Remote Desktop enabled on port 3390 on one PC and 3391 on another. When I try to connect on the LAN, it works perfectly but when I access from my home, I cannot connect. When I disable Bitdefender, then I can connect but when Bitdefender is active it blocks the connection. On LAN it connects even when Bitdefender is active.


What setting should I change to solve this issue?

    I just tried to use the free upgrade option mentioned in your post. But when I enter the License key of the "BitDefender Internet Security 2012" in "BitDefender Internet Security 2013", it does not accept the license key. When I login to my account the website shows 151 days remaining against BitDefender Internet Security 2012.


    Please let me know, what I should do to activate the software. I have attached the screenshot of my account page.

  • How about opening both ports 3390 and 3391 in the BD firewall? I think that would be a good work around too. smile2.png
