Free Bitdefender 2013 32bit Updating Error

whenever i opened the downloaded file this message comes out:

runtime error (at - 1:0) cannot import dll:C:\docume~\phato\locals~1\Temp\is-7BDBG.tmp\sftldll.dll

i don't know how to solve this.

i've downloaded the file 3x already...same thing happens
