Hello Team,
My computer froze when I clicked the bitdefender icon from the system tray (when I wanted to check my settings).
So, I manually restarted my computer, but then it froze again after I logged in to windows!
I've had freeze on login numerous times....which was what my previous post was about.
I'm pretty positive that these two issues are related, which is to say that both these instances of freezing the OS are being caused by the same thing.
So, I had no choice but to restart again. This time windows was able to fully load. So I clicked the BD icon from the system tray and opened up its Settings.
I clicked through the various tabs to see if anything was awry, and i noticed that it was responding a bit sluggish when clicking the different tabs.
And then guess what.....windows froze on me there too!
How annoying! I had choice but restart again....this time without touching bitdefender.
My question to the bitdefender team is this: What Is Going On With Your Software? Can the Bitdefender Engineers please look into this bug!
