Last Update Today (status) -- Wrong

PC switched ON at 6:46am to day (3-May-2013) (GMT +10 hrs)
Q: How can "Updates" be already updated TODAY when settings are ...
User Mode = True
Auto Update = False (ie, Off)

When I used "Update Now" update was 16,695.3 KB

"B" icon was white, I am aware of icon coloring depending on elapsed time of last update.
This is the first time this behaviour has occurred, since December 2012.
