    I agree. There have been times posted here, where people wanted phone support but couldn't afford it. I suppose that the business side would say that it would be an added expense, and add more to the initial Bitdefender purchase itself?

    I know that Bitdefender has dedicated phone lines for most rather few countries(total 13) and worldwide is situated at Romania for me living in India it will cost me ISD call rates.


    For me only option is via chat or email which takes lot of time for support to understand the problem.
