Renewing Download Issue

Hello,

I received a expiration notice and went ahead and renewed Bit Defender. Made it to the download screen and after multiple attempts, I cannot execute the file. Now I am stuck.

Would anyone here have any suggestions? I have left a note with the Support department by no reply as yet. Any help sure would be appreciated.

What version of BitDefender are you trying to install?

Did you manage to download the installation kit (and you can't run the installer), or you can't even download it?

Thanks for replying.

Bit Defender did send me the executable via email and I have since installed v10 without any further issues. Again, thanks for being willing to help me out.
