Hi georgia i turned off the laptobmodus but still it turns itself off after rebooting the laptop again i added 2 new links off the support tool and a copy of the message from bitdefender
please advice

It seems that Bitdefender is not installed properly on your system, some files are corrupt.
Please attempt a repair and if the issue still persists refer to these steps to reinstall the product. Please run the uninstall tool first (scroll down on that topic to find it).
