Every day I've got a update error code -1002. What do I need to do?
Since Jun-4-2013, I am receiving the same error. unfortunately I am unable to see proper display of BD page, nor I am able to contact the technical support too..
Only with this page the issue is coming up, every other thing is fine..
Appreciate your help at the earliest..

If the file is too big to attach, upload it on
http://www.sendspace.com or http://www.mediafire.com
and post the download link.

I can't connect to any of your websites, including download.bitdefender.com.
all other websites I am able to open.. except bitdefender websites.. So could you please upload that tool to any other website like sendspace or mediafire?
Try the following DNS servers and see if you can update BitDefender:
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 4.4.4.4
These are the Google DNS servers. For me this solution has worked..
