Can not login from the free app to register.

A white blank window flashes for half a second when Login is selected.

W7 home 32 bits. Bitdefender version 1.0.15.946

IE9. No proxy. Auto detect setting in IE disabled. Windows firewall disabled.

lan speed 20Mb

Out of curiosity, do you use a multilingual windows installation?

If yes then I have the same problem Windows 7- 32 bit Arabic/English. Changing the display language to English (Control Panel), log out (from windows) then log back in and the Bitdefender Login screen displays correctly. You can then change back the display language.

Interesting !!

I'am using a single language but it is Hebrew and connot be changed.

It may be a hint to the Bitdefender team

(if and when they respond..............)
