My question is are there any other update servers and if there are which one is the fastest for Bulgaria

From what I know, it should select which one is the fastest before starting the update. But the speed differences wouldn't be that huge to make a difference.

The default update location is upgrade.bitdefender.com

We also have a couple of alternate servers which you may use in case the main server is temporarily unavailable:

upgrade1.bitdefender.com

upgrade2.bitdefender.com

Or you may choose to manually update Bitdefender 2013 offline:
