Installation Will Not Complete

Options

I purchased a 5-user license for BD IS 2013.


Installation on one PC running Win8 took several re-tries, but eventually worked.


Installation on the 2nd PC running Win7 is not working.


I download the installation file from link in the e-mail with my receipt and key.


I execute the file.


I see three activities as 'progress bars':


1. Analysis


2. Download


3. Installation


Download is slow (like 1 hour on a fast internet connection) but gets there eventally.


Installation just bogs down about one quarter through (according to the progress bar). Leaving it for a couple of hours sees no progress.


As stated, activity 3 took several tries with the Win8 PC (after several 'bog-downs' as on the Win7).


And is just not completing with the Win7 PC.


Any help appreciated.
