Exchange 2000 Mails Aren't Moved To Junk Email Folder

we are using exchange 2000 server, mails are marked [sPAM] .... [sPAM] but are not moved to the outlook 2003 junk-email folder <img class=" />


any ideas out there ?

    do have in the whitelist all your friends ?


    Do you have controlled the blacklist ?


    If the spamfilter not work correct,


    than go to Antispam:


    Spammer setting


    save the spammerlist (blacklist)


    clear now the list


    go now to domain here fill with


    *word* word stay as an example what you want to block


    Normaly the spam will move to spam folder onder delete folder


    you can also train antispam
