Bitdefender For Windows 8 Security

I've been using bitdefender for several months, but there is a problem I still have.

I use a proxy because of my work's need. Every time i use the proxy and open ie, its statistic shows that my computer continually visits ip: 54.235.219.195 which i check on internet , find it is regisited by bitdefender. And it causes that my computer cannot visit the internet.

What shouild i do to prevent it continually visiting this ip?

It seems that it's no use to turn off the Proxy Usage in bitdefender setting.
