hi i have had this product before and had a couple of problems in the past with the software but now i have bought a new version the problem is that it wont auto update , i have spoken to bitdefender and they was not alot of help when i had bitdefender before it had no problem from updating i have explained to bitdefender that i am running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware with windows 7 as well but they said the 2 programs could conflict but no problems in the past , my issue with bitdefender was that i caught a ransomware virus and got scammed when bitdefender should have stopped it , allthough i have gone back to bitdefender i am still getting issues with auto update when internet connection is off but it worked before thanks
