Cannot Update My "personal Profile"

I am trying to update my personal information. in "My Controls" of this forum.

I am logged in and when I click on "My Controls" the result is a "Board Message" page.

ie, http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act...rCP&CODE=01

"Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information."

... AND ...

The error returned was:

You are not allowed to use this part of the board

How else can I update my "Personal Profile" ??
