i have tried emptying the firewall log btfirewall.txt, yet get an access denied message.
is there a maximum recording size or date range for the log?
is there a way to reset the log?
By any chance, were you able to disable logging? Can you recall any of that?

The firewall log C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Firewall\bdfirewall.txt has self-protection, but you may delete it or the content of it in Safe Mode.
