1st - sorry if I posted this on the wrong forum.
2nd - been using (happily) for a year.
3rd - original upgraded from normal package to Internet package.
4th - kept getting 28 days to go message so paid for renewal.
5th - instructions said to install and provided link to .exe.
6th - PROBLEM STARTED!
7th - finally got through upgrade but now keep getting the following message at boot
"Another version of bitdefender was found..........yes or no" I tried YES but it gets a DLL error - so, I say NO now to finish booting.
8th - it is getting very old getting that message at every boot.
Can anyone help me out here? I love the product and would hate to uninstall and move to another product but I can't take the message any longer!
