Unlocking My Laptop
Inspite of repeated efforts in contacting the support team via phone, I have been unable to get any details of unlocking my new laptop.
I have a laptop, Dell Inpiron 3521, with Windows 8 Home premium installed. I am entering the pin via the laptop keyboard and a new USB keyboard (a Lenovo keyboard). The keyboard layout is US-International.
Due to this my laptop is rendered useless. I read somewhere that unlocking was suppoosed to be made difficult, but this is plain wierd!! Also, getting no response from the support team in 24 Hrs is not acceptable. I am having second thoughts of moving to a different antivirus for my home office requirements.
