Bitdefender Internet Security 2013/2014 Pc Cannot Start Windows Anymore

Hi,

- I have a brand new computer

- Win7 Pro, 64bit, i5 cpu, 8GB ram

- Installed BD IS 2013 all good

- Rebooted computer and can no longer startup in Normal Mode.

- Uninstalled BD IS 2013 via safemode using BD uninstaller

- Installed BD IS 2014 all good (provided by BD chat support)

- Rebooted computer and can no longer startup in Normal Mode.

- Uninstalled BD IS 2014 via safemode using BD uninstaller

- BD chat support said Teir 2 support will contact me via email now

Just wondering if anyone else has this stuck on windows starting logo screen upon bootup after installing BD internet security?

Something might be off here. Have you tried to do a system restore yet?

I actually went one step further and reformatted the computer again, installed windows again with all drivers and updates and the first 3rd party program i installed was BD, restarted computer with the same issue happening again. Uninstalled BD using uninstaller via safemode and windows starts ok again
