Alert: Bis 2013 - After Update From 1st August Problems With Https Connections And Root Certificates

Hi.
After an update from 1st August 2013 which required a reboot to complete I have a problem using https connections using Firefox 22.
After the reboot BIS showed a popup on desktop, saying I need to close FireFox, Thunderbird or Opera to install a root certificate update.
For instance I cannot login into my amazon account because of this. The picture below shows the error in Firefox.
Please help and update BIS to a working condition.
