Double Scan On Startup?

I'm using the new Win 8 Security of BD on Windows 8. I'm running Windows 8 in Parallels on my Mac.

Everything is up to date, including Parallel tools, etc.

As soon as Win 8 boot_s up, BD says a new device has been detected and BD starts TWO full system scans.

What's going on with it?

I contacted Parallels and they pointed me here.

I'd really like to keep BD as it's supposed to be the best antivirus/antimalware, but I'm seeing if I can iron out these bugs before my trial expires.

Can someone lend me a hand?

I'd appreciate it.

Windows 8 is also telling me that BD is turned off. It isn't turned off, but when I go to turn it on, it doesn't allow me to.

BD I believe is also crashing my Parallels.

Possibly BD is considering that you have two devices; i.e. computers here due to using Parrallels. Do you have a license for two devices?

Did you try searching this forum for other posts on Parallels?

You might also want to open a support ticket on this issue if you haven't already.

That is all I have on this.

Hopefully someone from BD will come along and provide more information or correct information on what exactly is going on.
