I Want Back The Deleted Files

Hi yesterday I installed the free version of the bitdefender and I clicked on the full scan

it taked 15 hours to complete, I was curious what will it find

But unfortunately after the scanning the program didnt offered me to choose what I want to delete ,

the program deleted 461 files.

How can I restore all files that bitdefender deleted.

it was a very unpleasent surprise, and I think if I solve my problem I will never again use your software.

I am very disappointed , now please and tell me how to restore back ALL my files

I found this on my own , but here is maybe 100 files , and now I recover them literary file by file, but where are the other 300

can I use some file recovery software to put everything back on the previews state (e.g yesterday evening)?

And where is located the quarantine folder ?

Now I restored 189 files from quarantine , now its ok

Where can I located now the 369 infected object that were disinfected

and the 461 files that were deleted ?

IT is very IMPORTANT for me

Or recommend me a file recovery software that can recover everything deleted from today's date.

C'mon man answer me , I didnt restart my computer after scanning, I still waiting on the solution

I do not want to restart I afraid this antivirus will delete more files ,

I tried a full search scan on the filename that is located in the Remaining issues , but it cant find (my search is searching in the hidden files and folders as well)

Now I installed this program http://www.undelete360.com/

it cant find anything deleted today on the H partition but I am positively sure that your antivirus deleted tons of files from that partition

As I understand it, you had a file-infecting virus, so bitdefender disinfection applied, they should not be restored. This is the path that stores deleted files.

C:\ProgramData\Bitdefender\Desktop\Quarantine

C:\ProgramData\Bitdefender\Desktop\QuarantineBackup

I'd like to see the log scan.

Yes you are right I am talking about the disinfection

I am deeply disappointed that this software does not have a function that I can approve what can be deleted and what not.

This software without my permission deleted 461 files.

Unfortunately I cant give you the log file because in the meantime I uninstalled this awful software.

I wish I never installed it.

Have any chance with a file recovery software to recover files that today was deleted from my system ?

It not matter if I recover a virus , just somehow to recover everything that this stupid software ruined.

When bitdefender delete something permanently , did he change the file name ?

My friend, I am using bitdefender for eight years and he has never let me down, all the files that it deletes, you can always restore it there are problems with the treatment of infection, certain categories of viruses, but the developers fix problems like this.
