Unable To Download

I am unable to download software I have purchased because it will not `run' and emusic will not download samples to ITunes.

Been trying to get around this for a couple of weeks but need software for a charity I am involved in and I must proceed this weekened one way or another.

Run out of patience and need help asap.

Hi Jamie, were you able to upgrade BD for free already? Make sure that you made a back up by the way.
