Bd Av 2014 - Can't Update To The Latest Version

Hi to all,


my BD AV 2014 is a version 17.13.0551 and i want to update to the latest.


but when i run update module from GUI, sometimes i receive error 1002 or sometimes remain to 0.0 total kb downloaded (on the gui).


At the end after close and reopen gui update is put off automatically ( i'm in autopilot mode) and no update is done. After reboot of system version remain unchanged


i'm aware that is possible to update definition by weekly.exe, but what is the actual working update server?


how i can update the BD software manually?


i ran the BT tool and attached the sendspace data

    Your Bitdefender product is working fine. As far as I can see you have the Italian version of the New Bitdefender, which is currently using the build number 17.13.0.551.


    Please note that the build number 17.16.0.729 is available only for the English kits. If you want, you can install the English version this way:


    1. First download the dedicated uninstall tool for the latest Bitdefender version to remove any traces from the current installation. Choose the "Save" option:

    Save the tool on the PC, right click on it and from the menu select Run as Administrator. Click the 'Uninstall' button, then restart the computer when prompted. This process may take a few minutes to complete.


    2. Then, download the latest installation kit for Bitdefender Antivirus Plus in English from here:

    Save the kit on your PC, then run it to begin the installation.


    3. At the end of the installation process click on 'Get Started' green button to configure the product. Your license key should be automatically detected. If not, please use the same license key to register it.
