Unable To Run Speed Test

Just installed Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition on 2 computers today. One computer is Windows 7 Home Premium and the other is Windows 7 Ultimate.

I am unable to run the speed tests located here, http://network.msu.edu/public/speedtest.html and here, http://testmy.net/

This seems to be only happening in IE9 and not Opera 12.16.

All flash based speed tests run as they should. Never had an issue with either of those sites before.

FWIW,

I have been able to do speed tests on those sites now, but not because of anything I did. They both just take some time to do their thing, compared to how they used to run.
