HEY SOME ONE HELP ME I HAVE MICROSOFTPOWERPOINT.EXE VIRUS BIT DEFENDER IS NOT DETECTING IT AS A VIRUS N MY WHOLE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.MY BITDEFENDER SOFTWARE DISPLAY IS NOT SHOWING ME ANYTHING JUST BLANK ...MA OTHER UTILITIS ARE ALSO BLANK SO HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM PLZ HELP ME URGENTLYYYYYYYYYYYYY

    1 . Try to push Setting and UPDATE. After that scan your computer.


    In the eventuality that this doesn't work try 2.


    2.Download this tool : http://students.info.uaic.ro/~daniel.chipi...BDAspySetup.exe


    and go to the "SysLog Info" and build a log.


    After that you should take a few executables that "don't work" and build them into an archive along with the log. Send them at the following address : dchipiristeanu [[AT]] bitdefender ((DoT)) com ( replace the " [[AT]] " with "@ and ((DoT))" with "." ). And please state the source of the files.

    What is with this kind of attitude? Daniel gave you a solution to your problem. You may also place the file MICROSOFTPOWERPOINT.EXE in an archive, set the password infected and attach it to a new post.
