Bitdefender Windows 8 Pro And Mac Version

I currently have a Dell XPS-410 running Windows 8 Pro, and I am getting ready to purchase a Apple Mac Mini running the Apple mac OS X and the question that I have is this. Should I purchase the two years of support for Windows 8 PC and add the MAC OS X mac will that be able to use the same Internet Security files for installing or will I need to purchase a separate Internet Security for the mac?

Good questions to ask upfront, before you start The BD for Mac is a whole different animal and purchase, and would need the Mac download. The Mac version only comes in a AV form, whereas your current Windows version, BD W8 is a Security Suite. May I suggest you run the 30 day trial of the Mac version, just to make sure all goes well (bottom of the page): http://www.bitdefender.com/Downloads/

Also, I would consider you contact Support via Chat or Phone, concerning if your Premium Support (you mention 2 year purchase of support) would cover both versions and Operating systems (if you decide the Mac version is functioning to your liking).
