Hi


Whenever I want to install Bitdefender Internet or Total security on my Win 7, in the middle of installation the Blue screen appears and says;


Bdfwfpf.sys Crashes When Certain Drivers Are Loaded, The BdfWfpf.sys driver crashes when certain drivers are loaded


Where is problem?

    If you are still dealing with this issue, please post here a support tool log to further investigate the case:

    When a BSOD occurs, Windows writes crash information in C:\Windows\Minidump . Please send those logs too.


    You may not be able to upload the BDSP_ and the minidumps here due to their size so you can put them on www.sendspace.com or any other file transfer website and post the download links.
