I upgraded my Total Security 2013 to the new version taking advantage of the fantastic offer that also preserved the existing 118 days on the existing license. Of course, the license is valid for 3 pc's.
I upgraded my Windows 7 desktop with no issues.
When I upgraded my parent's Windows 7 HP Laptop, internet explorer will no longer connect to the internet. Regardless of url, the page times out and says page cannot be displayed. I tried disabling most of the Bitdefender modules looking for an issue (firewall, privacy, antivirus, wallet) and none had any effect. The second I uninstalled Bitdefender, their pc immediately connected and everything was fully functional.
I tried the process 3 times with the same result. Please advise.
