I have used Internet Security 2013 for a while and am very satisfied, until now.


Have tried to rapport an error several times and different ways, but no response.


The problem is when I tried to update my favorite genealogy software on this address http://www.legacynorsk.com/index.php?optio...r&wrap=Last ned Legacy paa bokmaal My say “This page is blocked by Bitdefender Cloud protection”. Fear enough but when It's not possible to get around it by clicking " --- take me there anyway" it’s a problem.


I use Bitdefender on 3 of my computers, but if I don’t get any response when I have problems it will not be for long.

    Yep got the not safe message, so I copied the link and pasted into the browser address bar:

    when the screen attached appears, click the power button on the right. then refresh the page and it should download okay. if you are 100% sure it is not malware, please submit it as a false positive using the support tool in the program.

    Then everything work as you described.

    Put your product and operating system then choose Antivirus from the category list.


    In the description make it clear you are reporting a false positive by starting with 'False Positive -'


    Then describe how and when it was blocked.
