The problem with bitdefender internet security, not triggered Active Virus Control. In the settings vklyuchaesh it, and then close the window and re-run it again it becomes active. Q: how to fix???

The image shows that you are still using Bitdefender 2013.
A quick fix for this issue would be upgrading (for free) to the new Bitdefender. You have here all the steps:
