Removable Devices Popup Missing On Windows 8.1

it happens to you?

when insterting removable per drive,HDD or DVD,no pop up scan options appears.it happens only in Windows 8.1,in Windows 8 notifications appears.

BD Team can fix this issue in the next releases?
