I'm having a similar problem. Just had delivery of brand new PC and am unable to install.
The scan runs smoothly during the install process but then it hangs at various percent stages during the download phase. Spent a whole afternoon on this, opened a ticket asking if there was a conflict with windows 8 (64 bit) but not had a response yet.
Frustrating is not the word.0 -
