Firewall Blocking Internet Connection

Ok this problem now really frustrates me...

My network is Home/Office Stealth mode: off Generic: yes

But after I manage to connect to internet it is OK for some time, than it just stops all traffic and only way to fix it is to disable my card and enable it again. I don't know what happens (maybe my IP changes, or something) but this is frustrating...
