Problem About Download

Although I've registered the Bitdenfender Total Security v2008 and I could

update it a long time ago; now whenever I update, ok there is a update

windows, It likes just display for fun and do nothing. I've been waiting long

but everything didn't change. :blink: Everything is fine, but I can't update anymore.

I hope you guys can help me with this problem, thanks a lot.

Hello Van,

You cannot access that server with your browser.

Instead, go to BitDefender Security Center -> Settings -> Update -> Settings and add that server to the Update location field. Click Apply and try again to update.

I've just found the issue, the "Bitdefender Update Service is UNAVAILABLE".

Open the services window (Start->Run, type services.msc at the Open prompt). Here you should see the "BitDefender update" service. Right click on it and select start. Open the BD console once again. Is the module available now?

Thanks for your help. The first time I opened, it is "started", then I chose "restart" and now I can do nothing!

Maybe I will format the local disk and install the windows again, install Bitdefender Total Security v2008.
