Io Timeout

These 2 days I find my BitDefender cannot update !

There's always one problem that is my BD cannot connect to the update server.

And I find I cannot open the web site : download.bitdefender.com

But I can open any other web site ,I want to know why.

Please help me !

I feel very disappointed with this software and intend to use other anti-virus software such as Kaspersky.

Please try an alternative update server such as http://upgrade2.bitdefender.com. You can change it by going to Update - Settings.
