Update Error 1011

Hi,


i have been using bitdefender for 2 years now. recently i got my bitdefender subcription for 3 years. i had installed bitdefender TS 2014 last week and since then i am continiously getting this error code. The exact error is "Update Encountered an error(error code:1011). If problem persists please contact support for resolution"


i couldnot update because of the error.please help.

    also, have you managed to update yet? if not, try a repair.
