I was told by my reseller to contact bitdefender support via the contact form page to request a refund for a auto subscription payment (payment was taken when I have over 3 months subscription left).
I did this two days ago and have heard nothing, I have today again re-requested a refund and hope the lack of a reply was a technical problem?!
I was expecting a reply within 24-48 hours of submitting a support ticket, can anyone tell me what delay I should expect.
