I was told by my reseller to contact bitdefender support via the contact form page to request a refund for a auto subscription payment (payment was taken when I have over 3 months subscription left).


I did this two days ago and have heard nothing, I have today again re-requested a refund and hope the lack of a reply was a technical problem?!


I was expecting a reply within 24-48 hours of submitting a support ticket, can anyone tell me what delay I should expect.

  • Wanted to update this post to be fair to Bitdefender support.


    Spoke to a 'helper' via 'Live Chat' this evening who has escalated my ticket and said I should receive a reply within 24-48 hours. Not sure if that starting from when I submitted the ticket or now but either way it was good to actually have some reply to the problem. Will post again if anything changes.
