Virus
I have these irritating viruses on my pc that I cannot get rid of 
, one is a Trojan.Agent.AACH and the other Win32.Worm.Ahkheap.A. I have tried that whole "right-click on my computer, go to properties, click on disable system retore, click on ok ect. but it hasn't work. I there anyone that has advice for me please, I'm not too great with pc's but any info will be appreciated. Thanx

If the files are not in System Restore, disabling it won't delete the malware. Please post a BitDefender scan log to see were the trojans are located.

C:\heap41a\offspring\MicrosoftPowerPoint.exe=>(RAR Sfx o)=>MicrosoftPowerPoint\Install.txt
Win32.Worm.Ahkheap.A is located in:
C:\heap41a\offspring\MicrosoftPowerPoint.exe=>(RAR Sfx o)=>MicrosoftPowerPoint\pathlist.txt
And seeing that I am not to great with pc's, I have absolutely no idea where these are, please be so kind as to help me, if you can. Thanks so much.0 -

That folder is not a legitimate folder. Most probably, it was created by the virus, to hide itself.
I recommend that you delete the hole c:\heap41a\ folder. If you cannot see it in Explorer, read this: How to find hidden malware.
