Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Lib Error

When the office manager runs Amicus backup [backs up data to subdirectory of db server] the get an error described to me as "c:\program files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2008\vsserv.exe ... requested Runtime to terminate i in unusual way.

Any clues to a solution would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend that you follow these instructions.

Try this right click on the red BitDefender icon near the system clock press on open advanced settings. Now navigate to the antivirus section and press on the exceptions tab. Press on the add button let the option selected (choose a path not to be scanned) now browse to the installation directory of Amicus press on add,next,finish and apply. See if you still have the problem? If this solves the problem or doesn't solve the problem please contact support by logging in to your my account or contact them trough live chat.
