I found an old thread on this issue but nothing that's recent. I installed Total Security recently and it's been fine for a few weeks and now my IE11 homepage is set to about:blank and I can not change it. If I attempt to change the homepage and close the Internet Option window and immediately go back in, it is already set back to about:blank. None of the "old" fixes are working.
