Unable To Get Installer Open

i uninstalled my advast antivrus so i could install my bitdefender but it says its downloading the installer and right when it gets to 100% it closes and nothing happens, i had it open once but i lost internet connection and messed everything up, i used the new but defender uninstall tool and i still cant get the installer to open. i trued downloading the offline version and doing that but the downloading installer thing still pops up and then when it dissapers nothing happens

You may not be able to upload the BDSP_ log resulted on your Desktop here as it is too big so you can put it on www.sendspace.com and post the download link.
