Installer Wont Run

Hi,

Ive downloaded 2014 total security, trying to open the file it just hangs saying its trying to unpack the file. I have downloaded uninstall tool, uninstalled other software as advised on bit defender website however same issue continues. Ive also used the tool to post a file logging the issue however Im still to recieve a responce from bit defender.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Hi thanks for replying, Im running windows 7 and my download link was from bitdefender website ( I tried both on and offline options).
