Bitdefender Is With Ghostery,adfeneder?

I want to ask - after installation BDIS 2014 I want to install adfender and ghostery, Is that okay.

It will not be a problem with BDIS? Or no needs of these.I would like to know whether to use Safepay the

default browser?
